About usIDELL is a Community Based Organisation Located in Kiduuma Ward, Busiisi Division, Hoima Municipality, Hoima District.
IDELL's mission is to contribute in creating a pro-development mindset society, through enduring efforts to community sensitizations and capacity building, material and non material empowerment and accessing them with information, whilst bridging a nexus between the community, local government and the development partners.
Some of the OBJECTIVES enshrined in IDELL articles of association:
1. To contribute to skilling the youth and young people with technical,
professional and managerial skills hence promoting further
intellectualization of our youth base which is enshrined in the
responsibilities of a youth at point one page 18 in the national youth
policy 2004.
2. To improve household incomes and promoting social welfare and livelihood of the youth and their communities where they live through skills development, agricultural production and productivity as in line with the National Youth Council Statute (1993) and vision 2025 etc.
3. b) To facilitate widows, widowers and other persons taking care of orphaned youth with support and assistance aimed at improving the welfare and education of the youth.
And extra.
We are working with people in our areas of jurisdiction in sectors of agriculture, education, health and sanitation and extra.

The Programs Coordinator of IDELL is Mr. Kyomugisha Brian a popular
young growing entrepreneur in the region and a great Social Worker with great skills in community mobilization, and sensitization particularly on development programs that are in line with the existing government programs such as operation wealth creation NAADS Program, Plan for Modernisation of Agriculture and many more.

the steps that the organization have took forward.
